Spread across an area of 4000 acres of land on two different campuses, BHU is the largest residential university in Asia. Home to 5 institutes, IIT-BHU, 16 faculties, 140 departments, 4 advanced centers, and 4 interdisciplinary schools covering almost all streams of knowledge known to mankind.
Bharat Kala Bhavan, the reputed museum of the University, is a treasure trove of rare collections. A near one thousand bed hospital is equipped with all the modern amenities.
