Newman College, established in the year 1964, is a catholic institute located in Thodupuzha, Kerala. It is affiliated to Mahatama Gandhi University and accredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ grade. The college is an aided institution that also runs a few courses for IGNOU through distance education mode. It offers various UG, PG and Doctoral programs in many streams. Admission is done through the Under Graduate Centralized Admissions Process (UGCAP) and Post Graduate Centralized Admissions Process (PGCAP) on the basis of the entrance exam conducted by the MG University.
