The Institute is being administered by the Director of the Bheema Educational Society with direct supervision of the Board of Governors (BOG) headed by the Chairman as the Institute is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The Planning and Development of the institute are being implemented through the chairman (Planning & Co-ordination) whereas the student’s affairs are being looked after by the Principal (Students’ Affairs) The Chairman (Administration) looks after the administrative matter as assigned by the Director and also coordinates the consultancy activities of the Institute.
The minimum qualification for admission to the first year of the B. Tech course is a pass in the Intermediate (10+2) conducted by the board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects.
Admissions to the Institute are made along with the other Engineering colleges in the state through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
